The FDA now says the lead in three types of WanaBana applesauce pouches came from cinnamon supplied by the company Negasmart in Ecuador. The FDA suspects the supplier may have been motivated by money and possibly used dyes that contain lead. NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk reports.
